Leeanne McLim

An aspiring drama teacher, Leeanne is currently at the University of Lethbridge completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts and Education degrees. She also completed her diploma in Theatre Arts from Grant MacEwan College many moons ago. Through her travels and gypsy lifestyle Leeanne has worked on many a professional stage throughout Canada. Her most recent projects include productions such as Into the Woods, Age of Arousal and The Jerry Steinfeld Show. Last year, Leeanne starred as a pumpkin and many other characters at Fort Steele in Cranbrook, BC. Her enthusiasm, love of theatre and professional experiences both as a performer and an instructor will hopefully help create a fantastic Follies show.
Leeanne has recently been involved as director and choreographer for several main stage productions such as The Sound of Music, Monkey House, Much Ado about Nothing, and A Beautiful Hell. Leeanne also spends her time with the Musical Theatre Society as the dance director at the University of Lethbridge. Leeanne would like to thank the wonderful and talented cast for being brilliant artists and the Gold Fever Follies executive members for all their volunteered time and support.
A special thank you to the City of Rossland for supporting live theatre and creating opportunities for performers, such as the Rossland Gold Fever Follies, to foster and mentor upcoming artists.
